1. Services Provided
The Stylist agrees to provide the Client with The Annual Styling offer:

The Annual Styling offer includes:

• 4 seasonal shopping sessions tailored to your lifestyle needs.
• 24/7 access to me via text for styling questions and wardrobe support.
• Bon Voyage! Assistance with packing for your trips.
• Outfit planning for date nights, girls' nights, concerts, or any special events.
• Exclusive pieces curated from around the world during my travels.
• 20% OFF at MAISON BĒDARD all year round.
• One monthly one-on-one Zoom sessions (60 min) for personalized style advice and trend insights.
• Free access to all future Masterclasses.

2. Service Fees and Payment

•  Total Fee: $12,500 CAD + Taxes = $14,000 CAD
•  Payment Method: credit card
•  Payment Due Date: upon booking or monthly payments.

3. Responsibilities

•  Stylist’s Responsibilities:
  The Stylist will provide professional styling advice and services tailored to the Client's needs and preferences.
•  Client’s Responsibilities:
  The Client will provide accurate information regarding their preferences, budget, and event needs to enable the Stylist to deliver the best service possible.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

•  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
•  Rescheduling is subject to the Stylist’s availability.

5. Confidentiality
The Stylist agrees to keep all client information confidential and not share it with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Stylist is not responsible for any dissatisfaction or outcomes related to the Client’s personal decisions after services are rendered, including product purchases or event outcomes.

7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
